Stop paying the renewal tax
When a deal ends quietly, you roll onto a pricier rate and keep paying it. Sort Admin tells you before your car insurance, mortgage fix, energy or broadband renews, then walks you through paying less.
- Car insurance in 25 days
- Passports
- Mortgage fix ends in March
- Spare keys: hall drawer
A plan, not just a ping
Most reminders tell you something is due. Sort Admin tells you what to do about it.
Add your top 3
Tell it whether you own, rent or drive and it picks the three renewals that cost most when they slip. Each one needs a name and a date.
Get reminded at the right time
Six months ahead for a mortgage, 25 days for insurance when quotes tend to be cheapest, the day before for the MOT. Change any of them.
Pay less, and see it add up
Open the reminder for the steps: get quotes, ring your provider, log the new price. Your savings total grows each time.
Everything your home runs on
Reminders you choose
Any number of days before, for each item. They never say what’s due, so your lock screen gives nothing away.
A widget that keeps count
“Next renewal in 12 days” on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. The count only, never what’s renewing.
Your details, ready to copy
Car registration, passport number, policy numbers. Ask Siri “What’s my car reg in Sort Admin?” and it opens straight to it.
A checklist for the whole house
From the mortgage to the stopcock, bin days and where the spare key lives. Hide what doesn’t apply and add your own.
Your home score
A score out of 100 for how sorted your home is, with levels to work through and the quickest way to climb.
Scan the paperwork
Keep the policy, certificate or passport page with the item, encrypted. Export any item as a password-protected PDF.
We can’t see your vault. There’s nowhere for us to see it.
No account, no servers, no tracking. Everything is encrypted on your phone first, then backed up to your own iCloud, still encrypted. Locked with Face ID and a separate app PIN, with a recovery key that’s always free.
“I found this really useful for seeing all the important details in one place instead of multiple apps and spreadsheets. Somewhere useful for other notes too!”

Questions
When can I get it?
Sort Admin is with Apple for review now. Join the waitlist and you’ll get one email the day it’s on the App Store.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Sign in to your new iPhone and your vault comes back through iCloud. If it doesn’t, the recovery key you saved at the start brings it back. Recovery is always free.
Can I share it with my partner?
Not a shared vault yet. Plus covers your partner through Family Sharing, so they get their own unlimited vault on their own phone. A shared household vault is planned.
Do you ask for my passwords?
No. Sort Admin records that an account exists and where the details are kept. Keep passwords in a password manager.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. It’s built for UK households first, with names that make sense in the US too, like “MOT or vehicle inspection”, and costs in pounds, dollars or euros.
